Let's see -- news time. My grandmother passed away, my dog had to be put down, I found a new sandwich shop that I love, my jazz trio is playing our first gig (for a benefit concert for a local theater group), I researched teaching jobs in NYC, and I put a load of laundry in the washer.
That pretty much sums up a lot of what has been going on. Oh yeah, besides working, teaching, rehearsing, and knitting. That's going on, too.
I'm still working on my sweater. Not to imply that it would be finished by now, but rather that I haven't completely given up on it yet. I really need to finish my Christmas knitting, though. It's bad that I haven't gotten through more projects than I have. I also need to update my photos and such, but my camera is just being ALL kinds of crappy.
Dumb camera.
I think I'm gonna go to my sandwich shop. I suppose I could eat something from the fridge, but where's the fun in that? Hmm?
